Session Fees
Client agrees to pay Jerren Willis Photography the specified deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. A balance may be due at the time of the session and will be communicated with you via email prior to your session. Your session fee covers the time and talent of photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer, and a select number of images (will be based on which type of session you’ve chosen).
Rescheduling
If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Appointments may also be rescheduled without penalty due to weather conditions.
Late Arrival
Please be prompt to your scheduled appointment time. If you are running late, please let me know. My time is valuable and so is yours. If you’re late for an appointment it will result in lost session time. If you arrive over 30 minutes after the scheduled start time (agreed upon by both client and photographer) without notifying me of your possible late arrival you will be charged an additional $20. If arrival time is beyond 45 minutes after scheduled start time you will be charged an additional $45.
